It looked like my Skyrim SE couldn’t handle many light sources at once. When I moved nothing(60 fps) and a woman with Hdt and SMP Physics run in my screen, I dropped to 45-55fps. Outside Whiterun, I looked at Whiterun and had a drop to 30-40fps and it stayed at these fps lvls when I looked at this direction.
